1. What exactly is iiTOPs?
iiTOPs stands for interactive internet Total Order Processing system. iiTOPs is a web-based office productivity computer application for retailers working directly with Memorial Manufacturers or Producers. The program manages the user’s in-house administrative tasks to process and track orders efficiently. Orders are transmitted clearly and completely, with the ability to attach supporting documents as needed via Email. Order verification documents such as Acknowledgments, Proofs and Revisions are easily and instantly retrievable. Processing steps regarding revision requests and approvals are automated and logged by the system. The programming is specifically designed to support Suppliers who provide design and inscription specs by utilizing detailed proofs and other images for confirmation of the complete design. Users define their own Vendors and Products for their own secure ordering platform.

2. Can iiTOPs be used for multiple memorial vendors/manufacturers?
Absolutely! We have “standardized” the order entry process converting the various formats needed using a single screen. The output result sends the respective manufacturers the required information. iiTOPs makes it seamless to adopt any process by simplifying administrative tasks when using multiple vendors, including the VA! It is a tremendous organizer even if you use only one supplier or manufacturer.

3. Who enters the orders into the system and who can access the information?
Any staff you authorize can place orders into iiTOPs. If it suites your operation, orders can easily be placed at the point of sale by your counselors. Or, if you prefer a single Memorial Administrator enter all orders, the choice is yours. You assign User and Administrative permissions to suite your needs. And, because it’s internet based, you can log-on anywhere access to the internet is available! It’s a fantastic way to help counselors gain approvals for layouts and drawings pending an order!

4. After the order is entered, how long does it take for the manufacturer to receive it?
Instantly! Within a few moments of submitting the order, it is displayed, stored, date stamped and automatically forwarded via Email notification directly to the respective manufacturer from your system. You receive an email confirmation on every new order. Vendors even have access to a unique Vendor Interface to view pending orders they have for you in the system helping “synchronize” the status YOU have for every order.

5. What about the Memorials we store in a Warehouse Program?
iiTOPs has “Warehouse” Menu Options. It saves your initial Pre-Need Memorial information. After price protection reaches its term, complete the order and track these Memorials until they are released from storage. Also, you can generate output Reports, which can be merged into Business Software Programs if desired!

6. We order Ceramic Photos but have to mail the photo separately. How can iiTOPs handle this?
Within the Order Entry Platform, iiTOPs has a unique upload utility to send any desirable format to process Ceramic Photos, with the order or separately. Also this utility is easy to use for the increasingly popular Collage Photo Memorials by attaching a zip folder with multiple images. These files stay attached to the order, so the originals are never lost.

7. We use a design program to show families a rendering of the Memorial. Can this work with iiTOPs?
Yes! Use the file attachment and upload utility to send the manufacturer your design then wait for the final acknowledgement or proof. Use iiTOPs to track it along with all your other orders. Use the upload utility to send whatever you need to support your order.

8. Does iiTOPs replace the Customer Service and support I receive from my suppliers?
Absolutely not! iiTOPs is your own method of organizing, tracking and maintaining documents and proofs attached to the orders which will enhance the efficiency in which you communicate with your suppliers. It will virtually eliminate the often familiar crisis of a lost, misplaced and/or miscommunications regarding an order! iiTOPs does not replace the invaluable support provided by your suppliers.

9. How long does it take to set up an iiTOPs Subscription and what does it cost?
It takes just a few days for the initialization process to set up your account and you begin entering orders immediately. The exact cost of an iiTOPs Subscription depends on the complexity of your needs yet extremely affordable for a few dollars per day!

10. What kind of training will be required for iiTOPs and is it included with a Subscription?
iiTOPs is truly a user friendly platform and anyone with a basic understanding of the Memorial Order process with some computer skills will be up and running quickly and proficiently. If needed, “Webcast” presentations over the internet are included with each subscription. Other training requirements can be arranged with reasonable notice.
