The average memorial order takes over 3.2 hours of processing time. Most of that time is paperwork. Filling out the order and faxing, e-mailing or mailing it and filing the order. Then sorting and accurately filing associated acknowledgements, proofs and revisions. Perhaps looking for the 'attached' layout that someone forgot to re-attach. Followed by installation work-orders, processing and confirmation etc. etc.
